What It Tastes Like
This martini is savory, silky, and deeply flavorful. The olive juice delivers classic dirty martini salinity, while the tomato paste adds subtle umami and body without overpowering the drink. A touch of garlic-infused olive oil creates a luxurious mouthfeel and rounds everything out with rich Mediterranean character. It's reminiscent of a dirty martini crossed with a refined Bloody Mary—without the spice.
