Served ice cold in a martini glass with a lemon garnish, this cocktail is as elegant as it is refreshing.

What It Tastes Like

The Lavender Lemon Drop is bright and citrus-forward with layers of sweet orange and fresh lemon that are softened by delicate floral lavender. The result is crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, not overly tart. Every sip finishes clean with a subtle botanical aroma that lingers just long enough to invite another taste.

Bartender Tips

★ Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the brightest flavor.

★ A little lavender syrup goes a long way—½ ounce provides just the right floral balance.

★ Chill your martini glass for at least 10 minutes before serving.

★ Double strain for an exceptionally smooth, crystal-clear presentation.

★ Garnish with culinary lavender only; ornamental varieties may have a bitter taste.
