It started with olives. Back in 2012, our founder went looking for the perfect Dirty Martini and couldn’t find a brine worthy of the drink — so she built her own. Ten years in the making, her olive brine wasn’t a shortcut or a mixer-aisle afterthought. It was an obsession: aged a full 10 months, dialed in batch after batch, chasing a flavor most people wouldn’t have the patience to wait for.
That brine earned her a reputation, a following, and a name she wore proudly: Durty ‘Martini’ Gurl. It also set a standard the brand has never once broken — quality over shortcuts, craft over convenience, and flavor worth chasing no matter how long it takes. Everything that came after was built on that first, stubborn pursuit of getting it right.
