What It Tastes Like

The Key Lime Pie Martini balances bright citrus with creamy vanilla-inspired sweetness. The margarita mix provides the tangy lime foundation, while simple syrup rounds out the tartness. Melon liqueur adds a subtle fruity note and a beautiful color, while vanilla brings everything together with a dessert-like finish.

The result is sweet, tart, smooth, and refreshingly citrusy—with all the flavors you'd expect from a slice of key lime pie translated into a cocktail.

Bartender Tips

★ Make it ahead. Since this is a batch cocktail, preparing it in advance gives the flavors time to come together.

★ Keep the mixture well chilled before serving.

★ Stir the batch again before pouring, especially if it has been sitting in the refrigerator.

★ For the ultimate Key Lime Pie presentation, rim the martini glasses with crushed graham crackers.

★ If you're serving a crowd, set up a small garnish station with lime wheels and graham cracker crumbs so guests can customize their cocktails.
