What It Tastes Like

The Blue Lagoon Spritzer is bright, citrusy, lightly sweet, and refreshingly bubbly. The margarita mix brings a tangy lime flavor, while the lemon-lime soda adds sweetness and carbonation. Blue Curaçao contributes a subtle orange-citrus note along with the cocktail's eye-catching blue color.

Durty Gurl Vodka keeps the drink smooth and clean, allowing the citrus and bubbles to shine.

Despite its name, the recipe doesn't contain Blue Lagoon syrup or Blue Lagoon liqueur—the fresh Blue Lagoon garnish gives it the perfect finishing touch and reinforces the fun berry-inspired presentation.

Bartender Tips

★ Add the soda last. This keeps the cocktail fizzy and fresh.

★ Chill the batch before adding the lemon-lime soda so you don't have to rely on ice to cool the drink.

★ Add ice to individual glasses rather than the pitcher to prevent dilution.

★ For an extra-pretty presentation, garnish each glass with fresh blueberries and a citrus wheel.

★ Use a clear pitcher or drink dispenser to show off the vibrant blue color.
